Tu uns das nächste Mal den Gefallen und schreib deine Frage noch Mal unter den Text^^.

1) European / Europe's emission trading doesn't work as [...] planned. (Willst du mit dem zweiten Teil sagen, dass europäische Firmen das können? wenn ja, dann so:) European companies can buy cheap certificates [...] as the price for a tonne of CO2 broke down / breaks down.

2)(vorab: kann es sein, dass du sie Wörter company und industrie nicht richtig kennst? weil so, wie du es hier verwendest, macht es kaum Sinn... sorry) As the weather/climate [...] in autumn and winter is mild our industrial companies don't have to use that much energy that's why they produce less CO2 than the XX and can reach the prescribed emission values. That way they don't strain the environment. (will heißen: Da das Wetter/Klima in Herbst und Winter mild ist, müssen unsere Betriebe in der Industrie weniger Energie "benutzen", deshalb produzieren sie weniger CO2 als die XX und erreichen die vorgeschriebenen Emissionswerte, so belasten sie die Umwelt nicht)

3) (so, wie du ihn hattest, ergibt das für mich wenig Sinn... Meintest du vielleicht so etwas?) The EU planned that companies that achieved such certificates would be allowed to pollute the environment (but not to exceed certain emission values). The aim was to create enviromentally friendly economy.

4)The emission trading is based on the fact that the EU can fulfill the agreement of Kyoto. (also grammatikalisch ist das richtig, ergibt aber leider kaum Sinn... meinst du vielleicht das?: The emission trading's aim is for the EU to fulfill the values given by the Kyoto agreement.)

Ich garantiere nicht dafür, dass jetzt alles richtig ist, aber es ist zumindest "richtiger" als vorher^^
