Hallo Leute,
habe bis morgen eine wichtige Hausübung und es ist wichtig, dass so wenige Fehler wie möglich drinnen sind. Also fühlt euch frei alles zu verbessern und zu kritisieren.
Hello guys,
In this article im going to write about international relationships, employees and how to motivate them. Specifically about why international relationships are important, how to find good employee and last but not least how to motivate employee.
International relationships are one of the most significant things about business in general. It is fundamental. Countries need to communicate to survive. All nations depend on trade and all nations have to interact with others on occasion. If you have a solid base of foreign relations you will have it way easier in the business world than other people without international relationships. The advantage of these relations is for example if you need some information like how is the market in the country or how is the legal position youll get them way easier. Poor foreign relations can lead to horrific consequences.
Is it really so hard to find quality employees? No, it is not. I have some creative ways to find them.
One of my favourite tips for finding great employees is simply to motivate your current employees to do it for you. Incentivize them and they will find your next new hire. Your current employees know what it takes to do the job. They have a vested interest in bringing in people who will make the workload lighter.
Another great tip is: Hire people you’ve worked in the past. By hiring someone you’ve worked with before and liked you get to skip the first three months of getting to know someone.
You may ask youself: And how can I motivate my employees?
While teamwork is an important element of company success, and grouping your employees together has advantages in building that "team" mentality, nothing beats individual attention when it comes to individual motivation. In large corporations, this is especially true, since employees can feel isolated or unrecognized in a vast sea of workers. Taking a moment to speak to an individual alone and personally can make him or her feel truly appreciated.
