Hey mein Englisch ist leider nicht das Beste...
Bin also für alle Tipps offen
Nowadays there are many young people who are unemployed.
Unemployment occurs when a person who is actively searching for employment is unable to find work.
But what is when jobs are available.
How do they know what they should accept or reject?
First of all, I think that young people how are not at work have a lot of time. This time can they use for education, training and learn more skills to earn additional qualifications.
Not only are they cheap labor, they are also work for low taxes and unemployment insurance for the employer. This is often a cause why the employers exploit young people.
Another significant point is that they have a poor living standard, because they haven´t enough money. Unemployment benefit is not paid in big sums.
In contrast to this is when they accept every work, they can collect work experience.
These work experiences are very important for the future work.
In their curriculum vitae they can cite many positive aspects. For example there are adaptable, compromises, show a lot of labor input, open-minded and have a big learning readiness.
These are all very important aspects for a good employee and then there are no problems to become their dream job.
The necessary school and academic prerequisites can now be obtained at, for example, remote universities alongside their employment.
It is important to mention that young people with work are financially secure and they become a medical support from their employer.
In my opinion it is always better to integrate young people on the labor market to be attractive for their future jobs.
I think the age does not matter.
