Hallo:) ich habe bald ein Englisch Referat vor mir, bin darin nicht gut, vor allem bei der Grammatik.
My second point takes a view at the other attractions in Hohenschwangau.
There are countless attractions in the area. But I present you only the most important.
First: Castle Hohenschwangau
Hohenschwangau is built by Maximillian the Second (King Ludwig's Father) between 1832 and 1836 on the ruins of the much earlier Fortress Schwanstein, Castle Hohenschwangau has the neo-gothic look of an English castle. The castle is about a five minute walk from the car park.
Next: Pöllatschlucht
The Pöllat is a ten kilometre long mountain stream. Below the castle Neuschwanstein it flows through the Pöllat. The Gorge is about an 30 minute walk from the car park.
And also the Marienbrücke
The Marie Bridge leads over the Pöllatschlucht directly behind and directly visible to the Neuschwanstein Castle. The bridge was named after Queen Marie. During the construction in 1866 a completely new at the time construction method was successfully tested for the first time.
Last Tegelberg:
The Tegelberg is 1.881 meters high. The mountain offers perfect conditions for much kind of activities and sports. In the summer have a favoured place for hang gliding, paragliding, biking or walking. Here the people can experience the variety of the landscapes and see the panorama of Füssen and the Forggensee Lake.
My third point takes a view on the sales of Neuschwanstein Castle.
The palace was intended as a personal refuge for the reclusive king, but it was opened to the paying public immediately after his death in 1886. Since then more than 60 million people have visited Neuschwanstein Castle. More than 1.3 million people visit annually, with as many as 6,000 per day in the summer. So at a high season day 6000 people comes to Neuschwanstein, which means 100 buses a day, the rest are individual tourists maybe by car, public transport or bicycle. As of 2008, the total number of visitors was more than 60 million. The revenue increased by 1.1 million € to 46 million€ to the previous year in 2005.
The largest item of expenditure in addition to the personnel of 36 million €, are the construction spending of 26 million €.
